1. ​Appointments can only be booked after the monthly payment has been received. For example if you started your payments on the 3rd, you can book your appointments from the 4th.

2. Appointments can be booked on any date after payments have started. You don't need to stick to the same date every month. 

3.  If you miss an appointment we can not back date a treatment

4. If you miss an appointment we can not refund you for that month.

5. If you fail to book in for each month, we can not refund you. 

6. If you fail to book in for each month, we can not backdate a treatment

7. We can not move appointments to the following month. This will be classed as a missed month.

You are paying for 6 months from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to contact us for an appointment every month.

Our Cancellation /Reschedule Policy still applies to subscription services. This can be found on our Terms and Conditions

• We require 24 Hours notice to reschedule an appointment , anything less than this will be classed as a cancellation and this will go down as a used month. 

• No shows will be classed as a used month.
